Christiane Santana, L.Ac. Dipl

Christiane Santana is a Licensed Acupuncture Physician (L.Ac) in Florida. She is certified in Oriental Medicine with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM®).

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She also continues training in areas of cosmetic facial acupuncture rejuvenation, pediatric acupuncture, emotional imbalances causing disease and body pain.

In 2014, she attended an internship at The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, in Hefei China, which she describes as the greatest experience in her career.

Christiane has been the manager of a Wellness Center for 11 years. Inspired while working there, Christiane fell in love with Eastern medicine and changed her career path from Nursing to Acupuncture. With great respect for Western medicine, she believes that Eastern and Western Medicine complements each other, and being educated as an Acupuncturist was her Path to Wellness that she can now share with her clients.

Christiane combines a personalized tongue analyses and pulse wave diagnosis to determine the functioning of the body. She addresses all aspects of her patient’s life, diet, lifestyle, meditation/spirituality and emotional well-being, work, family and personal stress, seeking to treat the person as a whole in their Path to Wellness.
